Christopher Homes has two custom residences for sale in the Seven Hills planned community in Henderson. Both are located within the guard-gated Terracina neighborhood, and can be ready for move-in within about 30 days.

Included with each home is front- and rear-yard landscaping, a heated pool and spa, covered patio, and balcony.

The first home is situated on a corner lot within a private cul-de-sac, and across from the neighborhood park. Priced at $1.169 million, the two-story home has four bedrooms, a library with custom built-ins, a loft, an exercise room off the master suite, 4 1/2 baths, and 4,688 square feet.
