Show manager named for Street of Dreams



-- Jeannine Spicer has been appointed show manager for the Street of Dreams luxury housing tour, which will be held from May 4 to June 16 in the MacDonald Highlands community in Henderson. Spicer, a retired Clark County School District administrator, oversees day-to-day operations of the event.

-- Gail Newton has joined The Longford Group as director of commercial sales and leasing. Previously, Newton was a sales executive with Del Webb Corp.'s Coventry Division and Richmond American Homes of Nevada.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Christina Roush, Charles Moore and Geoffrey West represented CB Richard Ellis Corporate Partners in the sale of a 204,000-square-foot Class A office building at 2716 N. Tenaya Way to Health Care Property Investors REIT, of Newport Beach, Calif., for $45 million.

-- Bill Berning of Prudential Americana Group was twice honored at the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates sales convention last month in New Orleans. He received the 2002 Chairman's Circle Diamond Award for exceeding $750,000 in closed residential or commercial gross commission income, or 150 closed residential units; and the 2002 Prea 100 Award for being among the top 100 agents who achieved the highest residential gross commission income or closed residential units in 2001.

-- Southwest Engineering has been awarded the engineering contract for the Alverson office expansion, a 2.2-acre commercial project to be developed at the southwest corner of Charleston Boulevard and Tenaya Way.

-- Lucinda Stanley of Coldwell Banker Commercial ETN represented Horizon Homes in its sale of 8,000 square feet at 4435 S. Buffalo Drive to Pritkin, represented by Tracey Donely of Re/Max Absolute for $1.5 million. Stanley also represented Total Sleep Diagnostics in its 62-month lease of 1,300 square feet at 2298 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite 103, in Henderson from the Horizon Ridge Professional Center, represented by David Flynn of Lee and Associates, for $133,965. Ed Bassford represented both parties in College Park Realty Co.'s 62-month lease of 1,310 square feet at 2025 Civic Center Drive in North Las Vegas to Dynajet, dba Michael's Cleaners, for $115,187. Bassford also represented both parties in College Park Realty Co.'s 37-month lease of 2,973 square feet at 2017 Civic Center Drive in North Las Vegas to CT Ventures I, dba Colortyme, for $154,380. Bassford also represented College Park Realty Co. in its 20-year lease of 2400 E. Lake Mead Blvd. in North Las Vegas to El Pollo Loco, represented by Matt Bear of Colliers International, for $1.4 million.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Darren Lemmon represented IRP Legacy Convention Center Associates in the one-year lease of 7,009 square feet at 101 Convention Center Drive to Nevada Holdings Services for $155,000. In another transaction, Donna Alderson and Jeremy Green represented McCarran Commerce Center in its five-year lease of 7,542 square feet at 365 Pilot Road to ESP Studios for $340,000. Bill Dunbar and Jeanene McClenahan represented Kirkorian Enterprises in its five-year lease of 1,910 square feet at 671 Mall Ring Circle to Exercise Equipment of Reno for $360,000. Suzette LaGrange represented Howard Hughes Properties V in its five-year lease of 2,134 square feet at 1140 Town Center Drive to Bruce D. Schupp for $270,000.

-- Ross Burnett of Business Properties Group represented the company in its seven-year lease of 14,700 square feet at 241 Stephanie St., in Henderson to National Furniture and Mattress for $1.6 million. Burnett also represented the company in its seven-year lease of 1,200 square feet at 245 Stephanie St., Suite B, in Henderson to the Clark County Assessor's Office for $210,474.

-- Centra Properties' Kelly Peercy represented Siena Town Center/Centra Properties in its five-year lease of 1,200 square feet at the northeast corner of Tropicana Avenue and Hualapai Way to Supercuts for $160,000.

-- Renee Ryan-Thrailkill of Millennium Commercial Real Estate Services represented Reno Arville Associates and Pentacon in its 48-month lease of 3,570 square feet at 5077 and 5079 S. Arville St. to 88 Enterprises/Citrus Plastics for $124,390. In another transaction, Cameron Wilson represented Reno Arville Associates and Pentacon in its 36-month lease of 5071 S. Arville St. to M&M Finishing for $51,132. Wilson also represented Mer Car Corp. in its 60-month lease of 1,250 square feet at 3100 E. Lake Mead Blvd. to Reynoso's Beauty Salon for $78,315.

-- Colliers International's Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented EJM Development Co. in its 60-month lease of 17,380 square feet at 3650 Post Road, Suite C, to Master Mailers for $535,164. DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov also represented PTR Las Vegas, dba Party Time Rental, in its 60-month lease of 21,500 square feet at 4725 S. Valley View Blvd. from Lawrence Warehouse Co. for $738,103.
