KB Home offers quick move-ins at three sites

Three KB Home neighborhoods are participating in the builder's quick move-in program this week. These select homes are already built and can be ready for move-in within 30 days, according to Leah Bryant, president of the Las Vegas division.

"This is a great opportunity for home buyers who are looking to move into a new home quickly and take advantage of the lowest interest rate in years," she said.

The neighborhoods -- Morning View, Portofino and Bella Terra -- offer something different to prospective buyers, including discounted upgrades and options or upgraded flooring. In addition, visitors at each neighborhood can register to win a $2,500 gift certificate from Walker Furniture. The drawing will be held at the end of April.

All sales offices are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Friday, when they open at 11 a.m.

Morning View is located in the northeastern valley near Sunrise Mountain. The six single- and two-story floor plans in the neighborhood measure from 967 to 1,830 square feet, and are priced from the high $110,000s to the $140,000s. To visit, take Charleston Boulevard east to Nellis Boulevard and turn left. Proceed to Washington Avenue, turn right, head to Ringe Lane and turn right again.

Bella Terra is situated within the Southern Highlands master-planned community in the southwestern valley. Thirteen single- and two-story plans are available, ranging from 1,151 to 2,972 square feet and priced from the $130,000s. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road and head west. Turn left at Industrial Road, proceed to Cactus Avenue then turn right. Turn left at Valley View Boulevard.

Portofino is under construction in The Vistas village in Summerlin. Six single- and two-story plans are available, measuring from 1,251 to 1,860 square feet. Prices start from the high $140,000s. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, head west to Carriage Hills Drive and turn left. Bear left on the roundabout to Park Vista Drive and go south.

The KB Home Studio and KB Home Mortgage Co. are located at 7440 S. Industrial Road, just south of Warm Springs Road.
