Christopher hosts tour of custom home

Christopher Homes will host an open house from noon to 4 p.m. today for a custom home in the Seven Hills community in Henderson, according to sales agent Michelle Gallagher.

The 5,243-square-foot home at the guard-gated Terracina neighborhood, situated along a golf course, offers views of the city and mountains. The two-story residence features four bedrooms, an office and 5 1/2 baths. It comes with myriad indoor and outdoor amenities.

It is priced at $1,299,900.

A buyer can move into the home in as little as 30 days.

Outside, the home features complete front- and rear-yard landscaping, a heated pool and spa, a covered patio and balcony.
