-- Local builders Pardee Homes and Astoria Homes have been named Energy Star Partners of the Year for their contributions to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by building energy-efficient homes. The Environmental Protection Agency will host an awards ceremony Tuesday in Washington, D.C.

-- Harsch Investment Properties' Keitha Williams represented the company in its 36-month lease of 10,699 square feet at 6825 Speedway Blvd., Suite B-101B, to Seth Perry and Sam Smith, dba Combination Motorsports, for $152,000. In another transaction, Kellye Ray represented Harsch Investment Properties in its 36-month lease of 6,518 square feet at 6000 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 9-DEF, to HPL Biomedical for $341,000.

-- Kathy Buccieri Lofland of Re/Max Central Commercial represented Jopar in its purchase of 4,500 square feet at 1487 E. Flamingo Road from Monaco, represented by Sally and Stephanie Taylor of Financial Marketing, for $450,000.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Jayne Cayton represented American Nevada Co. in its five-year lease of 3,730 square feet at 2270 Corporate Circle to Miles & Bergstrom for $403,000. Cayton also represented Howard Hughes Properties V in its three-year lease of 912 square feet at 1019 Covington Cross Drive to IMG Consulting for $69,300. Brad Peterson represented Spanish Vista Office Park in its five-year lease of 3,795 square feet at 4955 S. Durango Drive to North American Title Co. for $420,000. Steve Terry represented 4118 Craig Road in its five-year lease of 1,586 square feet at 4210 Craig Road to Cool Cuts 4 Kids for $150,000. Lance Robins and Jeremy Green represented Glenborough Fund IX in its three-year lease of 1,333 square feet at 3009 Rigel Ave. to The Pacesetter Corp. for $50,500. Randy Broadhead represented Advanced Spine and Pain Management in its five-year lease of 4,401 square feet at 777 N. Rainbow Blvd. from Rainbow Corporate Center for $514,000.
