Toll Bros. draws repeat clientsSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
While awaiting the birth of their second child, Chen Young and Jennifer Mallinger-Young decided the time was right to move up to a larger home. The couple wanted to remain in Summerlin, where both work as optometrists, as they were happy in their home, which was built by Toll Bros. Through acquaintances, the couple heard about a new development, Toll Bros. at Red Rock Country Club. They were first in line for presales. "We had already visited the community on several occasions and at different times of the day, so we basically knew which home site we wanted," Young said. "We found (one) that has incredible views of the golf course. It's just perfect." The couple purchased a Brindisi plan, which is one of nine designs available. "It's a two-story home where we'll have views from the master suite. We love that it is a split floor plan and that the laundry room is upstairs. It also has a courtyard that will be great for our kids to play in," Young said. "We've always been happy with the quality and commitment from the people at Toll Bros. ... and with our next home, we really wanted it to be something special ... We know that we will have a beautiful home." Buyers can choose from single- and two-story floor plans within two neighborhoods. Homes in The Reserve are priced from the low $400,000s; The Retreat residences are priced from the high $500,000s. Home buyers receive a social and swim membership. Red Rock Country Club offers two Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses, one of which is open and the other under construction. There is also a clubhouse with a spa, fitness center, pro shop, dining room, lounges, meeting facilities and locker rooms. In addition, resident and member amenities also include three swimming pools and nine lighted tennis courts. To visit, take Sahara Avenue west past Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and head west.
