Christopher touts value, flexibility at The Villas
Christopher Homes offers buyers flexibility, luxury and value at its The Villas neighborhood in the Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley. Tebbs said the homes have flexible designs that can fit households of all sizes. Priced from $329,900 to the mid-$800,000s, the neighborhood offers eight designs ranging from 1,983 to more than 3,400 square feet. Cul-de-sac sites are available with views of the golf course's fairways, waterfalls and lakes, as well as the city and mountains. Homes feature master suites with dual china sinks, sit-down vanities, raised oval tubs, ceramic-tile showers with built-in seats and walk-in closets with custom shelving; gas fireplaces; alarm systems; upgraded wiring; and upgraded plumbing and light fixtures. Kitchens have stainless steel appliances, oak or maple cabinetry with roll-out shelves, granite counter tops, preparation islands (per plan), five-burner cook tops, and convection and microwave ovens. Customizing options include wine cellars and courtyard fireplaces. Also, selected one-story plans can be expanded to two stories, while the two-story design can be expanded to three stories. Front-yard landscaping is maintained through the homeowners association. The builder also is developing The Christopher Collection in the Southern Highlands Golf Club, which features more than 75 percent of its lots along the golf course. The neighborhood features 15 designs ranging from about 3,000 to more than 6,200 square feet that are priced from the low $500,000s to more than $1 million and include a $25,000 allowance for customizing options. Buyers at both neighborhoods receive consultation with an interior designer from the builder's design center. Community amenities include a guard-gated entry, roving security, concierge services and recreational facilities including a sports and fitness center and a 42,000-square-foot clubhouse.
