Pulte previews models at Aliante neighborhoods
Pulte Homes opens models today for a "sneak preview" of its Serenata and Vialetto neighborhoods in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. "We've found that home buyers are really excited about Vialetto and Serenata due to the numerous amenities offered at Aliante, the affordability and the quality of Pulte Homes," senior sales manager Todd Hahn said. "In addition, both communities provide a wide variety of proven plans previously featured at other ... communities in Summerlin and Southern Highlands, as well as new floor plans that are sure to be equally popular." Serenata features one- and two-story floor plans. The 1881 plan, one of the builder's most popular designs, measures 1,881 square feet and features three bedrooms, two baths and a kitchen that opens to a great room. It is priced at $213,990. Measuring 2,299 square feet, the two-story 2299 plan has three bedrooms and an island kitchen with a nook that overlooks the back yard. It is priced at $240,990. The two-story 2594 plan features a master bedroom on the main floor in addition to three secondary bedrooms. The island kitchen opens to the family room in this home priced at $250,990. Three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom highlight the 2665 plan. The 2,665 square-foot design also has a three-car tandem garage, part of which can be converted to a fifth bedroom. It is priced at $256,990. Vialetto also offers single- and two-story designs, including some situated on cul-de-sacs. The 1520 plan measures 1,520 square feet and has two bedrooms and a den or optional third bedroom. The home, priced at $189,990, also offers an optional front courtyard. Three bedrooms or two bedrooms and a den with 9-foot ceilings are available in the 1640 plan, which measures 1,640 square feet. Additional features include a great room, kitchen with a pantry and master suite with optional bay window. It is priced at $198,990. Priced at $207,990, the single-story 1662 plan measures 1,662 square feet. It offers three bedrooms or two bedrooms and an optional den. The two-story 1890 plan features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room, formal dining room and island kitchen. The 1,890 square-foot design is priced at $210,990. Another two-story design is the 2284 plan, which measures 2,284 square feet. It has four bedrooms upstairs and a fifth bedroom or optional extended family room on the main floor. The home, priced at $220,990, also has living and dining rooms. Pregrand opening prices are in effect until May, when the community hosts its official debut. Community amenities include a 20-acre archaeological-themed park, picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, tennis and volleyball courts, more than 20 miles of lighted trails and a 36-acre arroyo. Additionally, there will be a par-72 golf course, two public elementary schools, a public middle school, fire station and 100 acres of commercial development. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Frontage Road, turn right and go to Interstate 215. Head east to Simmons Street, go south to Deer Springs and turn right. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
