Pardee releases new phase of homes at Fiesta in North Las Vegas

Pardee Homes has released a new phase of homes in its single-story Fiesta neighborhood in North Las Vegas.

Due to home-buyer demand, the neighborhood was recently expanded to accommodate another 130 homes, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell.

"Fiesta is a great family value because the homes feature a lot of room for living in a popular location. In addition, Fiesta offers extra savings in energy costs," Tuvell said.

Each home has earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label, certifying it is at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes. Features include spectrally selective windows that eliminate about 75 percent of the sun's ultraviolet rays and prevent fabric fade, and sealed ducts that allow heating and cooling systems to work more efficiently, he said.

Buyers can choose from four designs.

Measuring 1,383 square feet, Plan One includes three bedrooms, or two bedrooms with an optional den, two baths and a two-car garage. It is priced from $149,450.

The Plan Two features three bedrooms, two baths and a two- or three-car garage in a design measuring 1,593 square feet and priced from $160,950. Another configuration offers three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and two-car garage with optional nursery or retreat; it is priced from $170,950.

Plan Three features three bedrooms, two baths and a two- or three-car garage in a design measuring 1,836 square feet and priced from $178,950. It also comes with four bedrooms, two baths, an optional den and a two-car garage in a design measuring 1,986 square feet and priced from $187,450.

The four-bedroom Plan Four has three baths and a three-car garage. An optional den and powder room is available in the home measuring 2,315 square feet. It is priced from $197,950.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to Allen Lane, and go north for 1 1/4 miles.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
