New-home sales wind down in Seven Hills

Only four new production homes remain for sale in the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, the 1,300-acre community is located in the foothills of Black Mountain and will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods upon completion.

Two homes each remain in Pardee Homes' Renaissance and US Home's Palazzo Monte neighborhoods.

The homes feature many upgrades and offer views of the valley and a golf course fairway.

A variety of custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. They are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million, with the largest measuring an acre.

About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space. Most neighborhoods adjoin with parks and walkways.

Four city parks variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.
