Buyers can choose from four two-story floor plans at Richmond American Homes' new Asbury Park neighborhood in the Summerlin master-planned community.

Homes are priced from the low $200,000s.

At 1,676 square feet, the Carousel plan features a downstairs master suite plus as many as three additional bedrooms upstairs. It also has three baths, a great room and laundry room.

The 1,684-square-foot Wesley is highlighted by two turrets at its front entry. All variations include a master suite on the first floor. The second floor provides two bedrooms, one bath and a tech center.

Three bedrooms and three baths are featured in the Palace, which measures 1,795 square feet. Options include a downstairs den or bedroom, setting it apart from the other floor plans. Also featured is a balcony, rear-set garage, and patio off the kitchen and dining areas.

The Boardwalk is a 1,900-square-foot, three-bedroom home with a family room, kitchen with a nook, one bath and a laundry room on the first floor. The master suite and bath plus two additional bedrooms and another bath are located upstairs. The exterior has a patio, balcony and rear-set garage.

The neighborhood is located within the Summerlin Centre village, which has a park with two soccer fields plus a practice field, a picnic area, playground and walking trails.

To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 215 to Sahara Avenue, head east to Blue Willow Lane, then north to Sandstone Bluffs Drive. At Sandstone, head east to Cookman Lane.

Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
