Coral Palms condo sales heat up

Now that warmer temperatures are making Las Vegans look at swimming pools as more than a decorative feature, the sales at Coral Palms are hot, according to sales agent Tyfani Hoppes.

"Our swimming pool and spa are the centerpiece of the Coral Palms development," Hoppes said. "The pool and spa are right near the entry to the complex, directly between the two recreation centers. It's one of the first things visitors see when they come here to tour our beautiful homes.

"The waterfall from the spa to the pool just invites people to come in and take a swim. It's a beautiful setting surrounded by towering palms," she said.

The pool and spa are complemented by dressing rooms and showers, which are located in the same facility as a fitness center.

Additional amenities include a 1.4-acre park with a playground, sand volleyball court and basketball half court.

Buildings are separated by paths, grass, trees and shrubs.

Two floor plans are available at the development in the northwestern valley.

The two-bedroom, two-bath Cape Coral offers 1,056 square feet starting at $148,125.

"The Cape Coral is the most perfect home with what amounts to two master suites," Hoppes said. "The master suite has the bathroom within it, plus dual closets; the second bedroom is right next to the second bathroom, giving it, in essence, the feel of a master."

Each unit has a patio or balcony. In addition, ground-level homes have 9-foot ceilings, while second-story units have vaulted ceilings.

Royal Palm is a three-bedroom, two-bath design with two patios or balconies. One of the bedrooms features a bay window. It measures 1,240 square feet and is priced from $163,025.

Hoppes also touted the units' balanced power feature.

"When the heat gears up in the summer, residents will be grateful for the gas stove and water heater."

Units also feature granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths; stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and built-in microwave in the kitchen; oak cabinets in the kitchen and baths; washer and dryer; and ceiling fans in the dining area and master suite.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, go east to Decatur Boulevard and turn north. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
