The Residences start sales for third tower

The Residences at MGM Grand, a high-rise condominium-hotel project, has started sales for its third and final 40-story, 576-unit tower. The first tower is under construction, and ground is expected to be broken for the second in May.

The latest tower offers studio, one- and two-bedroom combination suites priced from $450,000 to more than $2 million.

The suites will be fully furnished, from linens to tableware.

Interior amenities will include crown moldings, raised-panel wood doors, granite counter tops, Italian kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero refrigeration, appliances, spa tubs, bedroom carpeting, an ultra-thin LCD flat screen HDTV, high-speed voice/data connectivity, and owners' closets for added storage space.

Each tower will feature a fitness center, concierge, fully staffed lobby, swimming pool and 24-hour security.

Buyers will have access to the MGM Grand's amenities, including five outdoor pools and the Grand Spa, which has 30 treatment rooms and a fitness center.

The project is a joint venture between the MGM Grand and South Florida-based Turnberry Associates. It is located at the northeast end of the resort's 116-acre site.

A 6,000-square-foot sales and information office, which features a furnished two-bedroom model residence, is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the MGM Grand's Studio Walk.
