Agent lauds Symphony

A spokeswoman for Symphony, a condominium development in the southwestern valley, encourages prospective home buyers to visit.

"There are now a select few premier new condominium homes available," Tawnya Rosenthal said of the project. "Symphony will soon be sold out so if you've been waiting to visit, this is the weekend."

She touted the development's resort-like amenities, which includes a clubhouse, pool, sauna and health club.

Available units include the one-bedroom, one-bath Concierto, which measures 720 square feet. It features a dining nook and a patio, and is priced from the mid-$90,000s.

Interior features include raised-panel maple cabinetry, vertical blinds, and granite counter tops and surrounds.

To visit the sales office, located at 5720 S. Arville St., Suite 121, take Interstate 15 to Russell Road and proceed west to Arville. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
