Presales commence at Treviso

Presales begin today at 10 a.m. for Pulte Homes' newest neighborhood, Treviso at Aliante, in the builder's Vialetto sales office. Upon completion, Treviso will consist of 160 residences.

Located within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas, the neighborhood will feature four single-story floor plans similar to the designs offered at Pulte's Anthem Highlands and Miramonte neighborhoods. Prices will start from the low $500,000s.

A 1,976-square-foot plan will feature a courtyard, covered porch, three bedrooms, two baths, a two- or three-car garage, optional casita, den, and exercise room. The master bedroom will be separate from the other bedrooms.

The 2,106-square-foot design will offer as many as four bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage and optional den.

A 2,584-square-foot plan will feature as many as five bedrooms, two baths, formal living and dining rooms, and a master bedroom separate from the other bedrooms. It also will offer a three-car garage.

The 2,694-square-foot plan will offer as many as four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, an optional den, dining room, great room, nook and two-car garage.

Residents will have access to the community's myriad amenities, including the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, a group picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, and tennis and volleyball courts.

The public Aliante Golf Club offers an 18-hole, 6,900-yard, par-72 course.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit, go south and turn right on Deer Springs Way. The sales office is located at Vialetto and is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

Pulte also is offering Serenata at Aliante; Silverstone Ranch and Wyeth Ranch in the northwestern valley; Paradiso, Miramonte, Escala and Palomar in Summerlin; and Anthem Highlands in Henderson.
