Christopher Homes recently completed a golf course home at The Christopher Collection that is available for immediate occupancy.

Located within the guard-gated Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley, the home is a single-story Monet design, which features 4,107 square feet, four bedrooms, a detached studio and 3 1/2 baths. It offers views of the golf course and nearby mountains. The home is priced at $875,575.

"In true Christopher Homes style, this Monet home has it all, including highly upgraded stone flooring, granite counter tops, cherry cabinetry and custom interior paint," sales agent Teresa Tebbs said.
