Southern Highlands features custom sites

Vintage Valley offers custom-home site buyers the opportunity to experience the golf club lifestyle in the southwestern valley.

Surrounded by the private Southern Highlands Golf Club, the gated neighborhood offers 71 sites, some featuring golf course or park frontage.

"Vintage Valley will be a special and limited enclave offering buyers, for the first time, half-acre lots from the $200,000s," Mitch McClellan, director of sales, said.

Neighborhood amenities include tree-lined streets and sidewalks, and a 2-acre, European-style garden with a basketball court and playground.

Residents may also take advantage of the amenities at The Estates, such as its sports and fitness center, where membership is available by invitation only.

The 2,300-acre community also offers jogging and biking trails, and the nearby mountains are open to hiking. Other amenities will include concierge services and the nearby Village Center, a planned collection of shopping and dining venues.

To visit, take Interstate 15 south to Lake Mead Drive and go west, following the signs. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
