Red Rock Country Club features Acacia designs in The Enclaves

The Acacia Collection, offering homes ranging from 2,155 to 3,451 square feet, is the featured series in The Enclaves at Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin.

Located in the community's southwest corner, The Enclaves consists of non-golf course home sites and some cul-de-sac lots.

Priced from the low $300,000s, the series features four plans with Spanish colonial, Tuscany or Italianate architectural styles.

Plan 1204 offers 3,451 square feet in an L-shaped design; as many as five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths; a courtyard entry; and owner suite with a retreat, media niche and optional fireplace.

Plan 1102 measures 2,503 square feet with three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a breakfast bar, courtyard entry, covered patio, and three-car garage.

With 2,155 square feet, the single-story Plan 1101 offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room, dining room, courtyard entry, covered patio and optional golf cart garage.

Homes in the guard-gated community are priced from the $300,000s to more than $2 million. With 2,100 to more than 8,000 square feet, they offer as many as six bedrooms and a four-car garage.

Amenities include the first of two planned Arnold Palmer-designed, 18-hole golf courses and a practice facility. The clubhouse has a pro shop, locker rooms, banquet facilities, a meeting room and two dining rooms; and the sports club features exercise equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio and a supervised children's play center. An aquatic center and tennis facility are also open.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue west past Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or take Interstate 215 to Sahara and go west. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
