Agent: Vistana makes resort-style living real

Resort-style living is a reality at Vistana at Rhodes Ranch, a condominium complex in the southwestern valley, according to sales agent Tabatha Mueller.

"You don't have to imagine vacationing at a resort with a pool, ... spa, recreation room and fitness center when you live at Vistana," Mueller said. "That's part of everyday living for our residents."

Three swimming pools, a spa and barbecue areas are planned for the development, as well as a fitness center, recreation rooms with big-screen televisions and a pool table.

Each home at the complex features an appliance package and window coverings.

There are nine models. Three floor plans feature one bedroom and one bath in 670 to 796 square feet. Five two-bedroom, two-bath homes range from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The largest residence, the three-bedroom, three-bath Venice floor plan, measures 1,413 square feet.

Prices start from the $70,000s to more than $100,000.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and exit south. Proceed to Warm Springs Road and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
