Terra West attends open house in Henderson

Terra West Property Management, the community association managers for Green Valley Ranch, recently attended the community's second annual open house, planned by the community's social committee.

In addition to providing residents an opportunity to meet with the property manager and property inspector, residents also met with association committee members and the landscapers of the master-planned community.

"The open house is a great opportunity for residents to `put a face to a name' for their property management team and to gather information, ask questions or get forms for any changes they wish to make to their property," said Vicky Parris, community association division manager for Terra West and the community's property manager.

"Green Valley Ranch is an award-winning community, and our priority at Terra West is in fostering the development of community spirit and pride by helping to maintain this beautiful area."

Among its responsibilities are collecting association dues, keeping the minutes for community association meetings, and enforcing the CC&Rs.

Established in 1979, Terra West manages more than 157 community associations in Southern Nevada. The company also manages more than 800 residential rental properties throughout the valley.
