Only three homes remain at San Michelle
Three residences are ready for move-in during the final phase at Christopher Homes' San Michelle neighborhood in Queensridge, a community in the western valley. Each home is equipped with numerous options and upgrades, and is situated on a home site adjacent to the Badlands Golf Club. "We have rapidly advanced to the final close-out phase at San Michelle, meaning the opportunity to own a home in this beautiful neighborhood is coming to an end," sales agent Michelle Gallagher said. "Our last three homes are absolutely spectacular, including one spacious single-story design and two elegant two-story homes." The remaining Chagall home is a single-story with four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Additional features in this 3,912-square-foot home include a courtyard fireplace and a detached casita with full bath. It is priced at $662,687. "This home offers classic elegance with such luxuries as premium cherry wood cabinetry, light travertine flooring, custom paint in neutral tones, and a long list of other appointments," Gallagher said. "The magnificent courtyard, with a fireplace, expands the already generous living area and provides a perfect setting for grand-scale entertaining or simple relaxation. As an added feature, this home will come with complete front- and rear-yard landscaping." The remaining homes are two-story Canterbury designs with four bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths in 4,689 square feet. They provide a library, motor court, great room, wet bar, three fireplaces and a three-car garage. They are priced at $833,125 and $834,749. Each features cherry wood cabinetry and wrought-iron stair rails. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Boulevard, go south to Alta Drive then west to the entrance. The sales office is open only by appointment. Christopher Homes has six neighborhoods under way in the Las Vegas Valley. The builder also operates a full-service custom-home division.
