Seven Hills gears events toward agents

Seven Hills offers a wide selection of housing choices from homes for first- and second-time move-up buyers to opulent custom residences on 1-acre home sites along a golf course, according to Samantha Bonham, community marketing manager.

She cited real estate agents for their role in making the community successful.

"Realtors bring a substantial number of sales to our builders in Seven Hills and we are constantly working on new ways to keep them updated on new releases, closeouts and other important information relating to this community," Bonham said. "Our commitment is to continue finding new ways to help our friends in real estate save time and earn more money by bringing their clients to Seven Hills."

Bonham said community developer Silver Canyon Partnership promotes working relations with the brokerage community. Throughout the year, agent-oriented events are scheduled including community tours and presentations that provide updates on what is available within the 1,300-acre community.

Seven Hills is located in the foothills of southern Henderson. It will comprise more than 3,000 homes, including an estimated 300 custom homes, upon completion. The master plan calls for 25 neighborhoods, city and neighborhood parks, landscaped areas, and miles of trails and walkways.

Four city parks are designed to complement the surrounding natural terrain. Amenities found among these parks include basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball courts, baseball diamonds, and play equipment.

Prices for single-family homes range from the low $200,000s to about $350,000.

Dozens of model homes are open for viewing and a wide selection of custom-home sites are available, priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Many offer views of the valley or nearby mountains.

Neighborhoods open for sales include Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Home sites are available in the Venezia and Terracina neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

The community's sales pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The sales center is located on Seven Hills Drive, which is about half a mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.
