View lots featured at Seven Hills

The elevated and terraced terrain of the Seven Hills community in Henderson has enabled the developer, Silver Canyon Partnership, to offer custom-home sites with views of the city, as well as the greens and fairways of an adjacent golf course.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold at the community and more than 120 custom homes are in different stages of development. Priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million, the lots measure as large as an acre.

The custom neighborhoods are guard-gated, and privately gated home sites are also available.

Amenities within the custom neighborhoods include landscaped areas, a private view park, private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

The owners of custom homes also have access to other amenities within the community, including neighborhood parks, and miles of trails and walkways.

Four city parks include basketball, tennis and volleyball courts; picnic shelters; soccer and baseball fields; and playgrounds.

Information can be obtained at the community's sales and information pavilion, which is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To visit, take the Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway, travel west to Seven Hills Drive and then go south about one mile.
