Links for Life golf tourney scheduled

The seventh annual Links for Life charity golf tournament will be held Thursday, May 9 at Anthem Country Club in Henderson.

The daylong event benefits Child Haven, which provides shelter for abused, abandoned and neglected children in Clark County.

Members of the business community are invited to participate, and corporate sponsorships are still available.

Early registration is $450 per person through April 19, and $500 afterward. Refreshments, a box lunch and dinner are included.

Registration starts at 10:45 a.m., with tee-off at noon. Dinner and an awards presentation starts at 5:30 p.m., followed by a charity auction at 6:30.
