To reach the neighborhood, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive. Go south, past Sahara, Avenue, to Havenwood Lane and turn right, then right again at Golden Willow Lane.

A Botticelli design is available at the Monterossa neighborhood within The Vistas village. The four-bedroom home has 3 1/2 baths and a courtyard. It is priced at $439,975.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, turn south, continue onto Park Vista Drive and turn west on Masolino Lane.
