Silverstone Ranch models showcased

Pulte Homes will mark the grand opening of its Series Four and Five models at its new Silverstone Ranch golf course community in the northwestern valley from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today.

Eight models are featured.

Series Four homes range from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet and are priced from $309,990 to $349,990. Series Five homes range from 2,768 to 3,448 square feet and are priced from $398,990 to $459,990.

In addition, the builder is preselling homes from its Series One, Two and Three, which are expected to open in mid-May.

Series One homes range from 1,583 to 1,890 square feet and are priced from $207,990 to $223,990. Series Two homes range from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet and are priced from $224,990 to $244,990. Series Three homes range from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet and are priced from $259,990 to $319,990.

"Silverstone Ranch offers an incredible variety of ... homes and is planned to offer multifamily designs, making it the one choice for home buyers to find a home that fits their specific needs," senior sales manager Todd Hahn said.

All homes will feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology and offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, head north and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
