Christopher Homes is holding an open house today for a recently completed custom residence within the guard-gated Terracina neighborhood at Seven Hills in Henderson.

The open house is scheduled from noon to 4 p.m.

"Terracina is a ... custom neighborhood that is situated in an elevated and terraced area of the Seven Hills community," sales agent Michelle Gallagher said. "The custom home we are offering for sale is located directly across from Terracina's private, 2-acre park."

Priced at $1,399,900, the two-story home measures 5,243 square feet and features four bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, a family room with a fireplace and wet bar, dining room that can accommodate seating for 12, master suite with a fireplace and wet bar, and an office.
