Luxury homes available at MacDonald Highlands
Rich McDonald, president of MacDonald Cos., said one strength of the MacDonald Highlands hillside community is its upscale homes. The El Mirador plan measures 6,880 square feet and contains five bedrooms. It is designed around a swimming pool, 6-foot waterfall and pond with floating terraces. A curved staircase or elevator leads to the owner suite, with disappearing walls, "floor-to-ceiling" butted glass, stone accents, a theater and a casita additionally featured. The home is priced at $3.3 million. Grandezza is situated on a private golf course, DragonRidge Country Club, and measures 5,514 square feet with five bedrooms.
