Sales near end at Seven Hills
Only four homes remain available at the Seven Hills community in Henderson. Pardee Homes' Renaissance neighborhood has two model homes available. Both align a golf course and offer views of its fairways as well as of city lights. The models, which can be ready for June occupancy, feature many upgrades and options, and have front and back landscaping. The three-bedroom DaVinci design measures 3,880 square feet and is priced at $599,900. A one-story Picasso design has two bedrooms and measures 2,845 square feet; it is priced at $525,500. Two homes also remain at US Home's Palazzo Monte neighborhood and can be ready for occupancy within two weeks. They have many upgrades, including granite kitchen counter tops. Both are two-story Roma designs. One measures 4,300 square feet and offers six bedrooms; it is priced at $520,000. The other is 3,900 square feet, has four bedrooms and is priced at $472,000. A selection of custom-home sites also is available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most of the sites are located in guard-gated neighborhoods that align a golf course's fairways and offer views of the city and nearby mountains. The custom-home sites measure up to an acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods including an estimated 300 custom homes. One-third of the community is dedicated to open space and most neighborhoods adjoin parks. To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
