Custom lots available in Seven Hills

The final custom-home sites in Seven Hills in Henderson have been released by the developer, Silver Canyon Partnership.

More than 200 lots have been sold to date, and more than 150 homes are in various stages of development.

Lots are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million, many with views of the city, mountains and a nearby golf course. The largest available lot measures an acre.

Each custom neighborhood is guard gated within Seven Hills, a 1,310-acre community in Henderson. Amenities include a view park, a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Community amenities include neighborhood and four city parks that variously provide basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

The sales and information center can be reached by taking St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and going south.

The center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
