-- Parsons Bros. Rockeries has been retained by Beazer Homes for the construction of retaining walls at The View, a townhome development on Horizon Ridge Parkway, east of Gibson Road in Henderson. Parsons Bros. has also been retained by Fantasy Construction to build retaining walls at Mesa Ridge Apartments, a complex on Russell Road in Henderson.

-- Judi A. Woodyard of Commercial Associates represented Nevada College of Pharmacy in its 120-month lease of 100,000 square feet at 11 Sunset Way in Green Valley Commerce Center in Henderson from Harsch Investment Properties for $16.8 million.

-- Lee & Associates' Charles W. Witters and David Flynn represented Pacific Hilltop in its 120-month lease of 7,560 square feet at 2530 Anthem Village Drive in Henderson to Gambro Healthcare for $1.87 million. Shawn Barashy represented B. Holms in the purchase of a 41,305-square-foot building on 1.51 acres at 401-433 Max Court from Jake and Michele Anderson for $2.3 million.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Xavier Wasiak and Kim Friedman represented Cassia Way in its three-year lease of 2,160 square feet at 175 Cassia Way in Henderson to RDC Switchgear for $53,553. Jeff Barton represented Southwest Wholesalers in the 38-month lease of 2,631 square feet at 4225 Fidus St. from Lucia Albers Trust for $56,968. Dean Willmore represented Kelley Communications in the 66-month lease of 25,010 square feet at 5625 S. Arville St. from RMS Limited Partnership for $759,337.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Darren Lemmon represented the Estate of Kelly G. Hawkins in its sale of a 1,680-square-foot office building at 601 S. Rancho Drive to Happygals for $200,000. Lisa Callahan represented National Furniture Discounters in the five-year lease of 10,080 square feet at 2555 E. Tropicana Ave. for $495,000.

-- Colliers International's David Grant and Scot Marker represented Mahacamu in its 60-month lease of 1,400 square feet at 60 S. Stephanie St., Suite 140, in Henderson to Tony Tran and Tina Ma for $155,000. Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented Bascal Properties-1 in its 60-month lease of 6,082 square feet at 7470 Industrial Road, Suite 105, to The Sherwin-Williams Co. for $233,520.
