Villas opens country club opportunity

Christopher Homes' The Villas offers buyers the opportunity to own a home in a country club for as little as $329,900, according to sales agent Karen Gaines.

The southwestern valley neighborhood features eight designs measuring from about 1,983 to 3,400 square feet. Home sites are available with views of the golf course's fairways, waterfalls and lakes, the city skyline and the surrounding mountains.

Prices start from $329,900 to the mid-$800,000s.

Amenities include master suites with dual china sinks and sit-down vanities, raised oval tubs, ceramic-tile showers with built-in seats, walk-in closets with custom shelving, gas fireplaces, alarm systems, upgraded wiring, and upgraded plumbing and light fixtures.

Kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, oak or maple cabinetry with roll-out shelves, granite counter tops, preparation islands (per plan), five-burner cook tops, and convection and microwave ovens.

The homes come with a choice of exterior designs as well as front-yard landscaping, which is maintained by the homeowners association.

Options such as wine cellars and courtyard fireplaces are available.

Buyers also may request an additional level to their homes: select one-story plans can be expanded to two stories, while the two-story design can be expanded to three stories.

The builder also is developing The Christopher Collection at Southern Highlands Golf Club. The neighborhood features 15 floor plans, measuring from about 3,000 to 6,200 square feet on sites that average one-quarter acre.

Homes are priced from the low $500,000s to more than $1 million and include a $25,000 allowance for customizing options.

Buyers at both neighborhoods receive consultation with an interior designer from the Christopher Homes' design center.

Southern Highlands Golf Club features a guarded entrance, roving security, concierge services and recreational facilities.

Resident amenities include a sports and fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a Tuscan-themed 42,000-square-foot clubhouse with a dining room, as well as a golf library.

The builder provides a social membership to Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval.
