Christopher Homes' Bellacere neighborhood has become one of the most elegant custom-home enclaves in within the Summerlin master-planned community, according to sales agent Michelle Gallagher.

"Bellacere is a one-of-a-kind custom home neighborhood. Buyers also may purchase two adjoining lots to create a home site measuring up to an acre.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive, then go east. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
