Six sites remain at Siena Ancora

Only six sites remain at Pulte Homes' Siena Ancora neighborhood in The Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley.

"Sales at Siena Ancora have been outstanding since we opened the community in July 2002," marketing director Christy Stratton said. "Much of our success can be attributed to the commitment we have to building quality homes that appeal to a wide range of home buyers."

Five one- and two-story designs measure from 1,662 to 2,889 square feet.

Amenities include 9-foot ceilings, raised-panel doors and ceramic-tile entries.

Prices start from $222,990 to $313,350.

All of the homes are certified energy efficient under the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program and offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

The single-story, 1,881-square-foot Villa Capri is priced at $227,990. Features include three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and a den, plus a kitchen opening to a great room and a two-car garage.

Villa Tuscany, a two-story design measuring 2,299 square feet, has vaulted ceilings, a formal dining room, family and living rooms, and three bedrooms. The home offers a rear detached garage and optional fourth bedroom. It is priced from $247,990.

The community offers more than 20 neighborhoods. Prices start from the $140,000s to the $400,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs. Maps are available at any of the model villages, which are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
