Christopher Homes to host event at residence

Christopher Homes will host an open house today and Sunday at a custom residence that can be ready for move-in within 30 days at the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

The two-story residence features four bedrooms, an office and 5 1/2 baths in 5,243 square feet. It is located in the guard-gated Terracina neighborhood on a home site adjacent to a golf course with views of the city and mountains. A 2-acre park across the street from the home features a lighted tennis court, half basketball court, playground and lawn.

It is priced at $1,399,900.

Michelle Gallagher, a sales agent for the builder, said buyers will enjoy the home inside and out.

The company has an in-house team of design and construction experts who assist buyers.
