Pulte to unveil models at Aliante
Pulte Homes will unveil models for its new Serenata and Vialetto neighborhoods next weekend at the master-planned Aliante community in North Las Vegas. "We believe the combination of the exciting amenities Aliante will offer, the quality of Pulte Homes, and the affordability of the community are all reasons why home buyers are excited about Serenata and Vialetto," senior sales manager Todd Hahn said. Serenata features one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Features include great rooms, kitchen nooks and dens. Homes are priced from $213,990. Vialetto will offer one- and two-story designs measuring from 1,520 to 2,284 square feet and priced from $189,990. Homes will have from two to five bedrooms with great rooms, family rooms, dining areas and island kitchens. Amenities in both neighborhoods include solid-surface counter tops and ceramic-tile entries. Presale prices are being offered until May. Community amenities include an archaeological-themed 20-acre park, group picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, tennis and volleyball courts, more than 20 miles of lighted trails and a 36-acre natural arroyo. In addition, there will be an 18-hole municipal golf course, two elementary schools, a middle school, fire station and a library, as well as 100 acres of commercial development. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Frontage Road, turn right and go to Interstate 215. Head east to Simmons Street, then go north to Deer Springs Way and turn right. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
