Pardee to open new phase at Fontana

Pardee Homes will release a new phase of homes today in its Fontana neighborhood, located in the Eldorado community in North Las Vegas.

Four floor plans are offered at the neighborhood. All of the homes come with the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star designation and are designed to exceed national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent.

The single-story Plan One has three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and two-car garage. Measuring from 1,594 to 1,827 square feet, the floor plan's options include a nursery off the master suite, dual master suites, and a three-car garage. It is priced from $161,450 and $172,450.

Plan Two, a single-story home measuring 1,979 square feet, features three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. A fourth bedroom, den or dining room is optional. It is priced from $184,950.

Measuring 2,349 square feet, the Plan Three is a two-story home with three bedrooms, den or optional fourth bedroom, three baths and a two- or three-car garage. It is priced from $192,450.

Several versions of the two-story Plan Four are available. The standard design features four bedrooms and three baths in 2,479 square feet. As many as five bedrooms are available in the plan measuring 2,712 square feet, and as many as six bedrooms are available in the plan measuring 2,931 square feet. The three-car garage home is priced from $213,950 and $220,950.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily starting tomorrow except on Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

Pardee has been built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
