Kicker: Models open in Silverstone Ranch

Pulte Homes' Silverstone Ranch golf course community in northwest Las Vegas celebrates a grand opening today and tomorrow for its Series Four and Series Five models from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

"Silverstone Ranch offers an incredible variety of ... homes and is planned to offer multifamily designs, making it the one choice for home buyers to find a home that fits their specific needs," Todd Hahn, senior sales manager, said. "With our grand opening of the master plan set in May, right now is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of pre-grand opening pricing."

The central amenity is Silverstone Golf Club, a 27-hole championship course complemented by a 34,000-square-foot clubhouse that offers fine dining and hosts special events.

"Membership privileges will also be available for new-home buyers at Silverstone. Also, homeowners will be pleased that there are not L.I.D. or S.I.D. fees at Silverstone Ranch," Hahn said.

The eight models are the first of many to open in the community, which will comprise homes measuring from 1,400 to 3,448 square feet. Prices start from the low $200,000s to the $500,000s.

Series Four homes measure from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet and are priced from $309,990 to $349,990.

The 2544 plan measures 2,544 square feet. It has a living room, formal dining room, den and family room. A fourth or fifth bedroom, bonus room, and three-car garage are optional. The price starts at $339,990.

Plan 2616 provides three bedrooms; a den; and master suite with a walk-in closet, garden tub and separate shower. Also featured is a dining room that opens to a second patio, and a great room with a media niche and fireplace. It is priced from $349,990.

Floor plans in Series Five range from 2,768 to 3,448 square feet. Prices start from $398,990 to $459,990.

The 3000 plan measures 3,000 square feet and is priced at $419,990. It has separate living and dining rooms, as well as a family room. The master suite is separated from the secondary bedrooms and features a walk-in closet, garden tub and separate shower. A four-car garage is optional.

Plan 3064, a single-story design, is priced at $421,990. Features include a master suite and three secondary bedrooms, as well as 3 1/2 baths. The kitchen is adjacent to the family room that leads to a covered patio. The two-car garage provides an option for a third car or a den or fifth bedroom.

Various features include cabinets with crown molding, rounded interior wall corners, tile flooring, cultured-marble counter tops in master baths, upgraded lighting fixtures and covered patios.

Series One, Two and Three models are expected to open in mid-May. Meantime, each is available for presales.

Floor plans in Series One measure from 1,583 to 1,890 square feet and are priced from $207,990 to $223,990; Series Two homes range from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet and are priced from $224,990 to $244,990; and Series Three designs measure from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet and are priced from $259,990 to $319,990.

All homes include the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, as well as the Energy Star label for energy efficiency. A two-year heating and cooling guarantee is also included.

To visit the sales center, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs. Office hours are from noon to 6 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
