Fitness buffs flex at Esprit

Among the amenities offered at the Esprit at Stonegate condominium complex in the southeastern valley are two fitness centers.

"Many of our homeowners said the workout rooms were the determining factor to buying at Esprit," sales agent Nick Trost said.

The complex is divided into two parts, with each area featuring a clubhouse with a fitness center, as well as other amenities.

"Also popular with the fitness crowd are the saunas that abut the workout rooms," Trost said. "Saunas are not a typical amenity in condominium complexes and we're proud to feature two."

Several financing packages are available, including zero-down and Veterans Affairs $1 down.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs.

The complex's sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
