Family finds needs satisfied by Aliante's home designs, lifestyle
When four-year resident Pamela Albo was ready to find a larger and more luxurious home, her search led to Aliante in North Las Vegas. "My husband and I looked at every new development we could find in the northwest, but none of them offered the selection, amenities and value we found at Aliante," Pamela Albo, a physician's assistant, said. "We love the master-planned design of this community, where schools, parks, trails and other recreational amenities are close to home. It's just perfect for us." Other amenities include the Aliante Golf Club, the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, and an arroyo. Proposed are two elementary schools, a middle school and a fire station. About 100 acres have been allocated for commercial development, including a planned 40-acre gaming hotel. "Aliante is designed with amenities we can enjoy today and in the future," she said. "As development continues, we know it will only become a better and more convenient place to live and raise a family. We feel fortunate to be among the first home buyers in this community." They chose the single-story Plan Two at Pardee Homes' Seasons neighborhood. "We were hoping to find a model with a more unique floor plan, something different from the traditional format you see in so many homes," Albo said. "The Plan Two design at Seasons was just what we had in mind. It is a spacious and open feeling home with better-defined living areas. The design is dramatic, yet sensible, where each room has a purpose; there is no wasted space and there is maximum privacy for family members, as well as guests. We actually loved all of the models at Seasons, but the Plan Two worked best for us." Other builders constructing homes in the primary village are D.R. Horton, KB Home and Pulte Homes. Del Webb is building the age-qualified Sun City Aliante. Homes are priced from the $170,000s to the $500,000s at the 1,905-acre community, which is a development of North Valley Enterprises, an affiliate of American Nevada Co. and Del Webb Corp. To visit the information center, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit, then go south.
