Manager touts success of The Borgata

     The Borgata has proved popular with renters since the apartment complex opened last October in the southwestern valley, according to Vince Pastoria, assistant manager.
      "We have exceeded our initial expectations," Pastoria said. "Residents have been very impressed with our unique look, convenient location and special promotions..."
      Units range from 731 to 1,166 square feet with one, two or three bedrooms plus an appliance package. Features, per plan, include storage space, nine-foot and vaulted ceilings, plant shelves and patios.
      The complex comprises 384 units in two- and three-story buildings. Monthly rent starts from $690 to $975.
      Community amenities include two pools; two spas; and a clubhouse with a theater, kitchen and entertainment area. Also featured is a service center with fax, computer and copy services available.
      "We have friendly and reliable office and maintenance staffs that are always quick to respond to resident questions," Pastoria said. "The Borgata is quickly on its way to having the same reputation as Picerne (Management's) other two properties -- The Equestrian and The Summit -- which have been very popular and successful."
      To visit, take Flamingo Road to Jones Boulevard and turn south. The leasing office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
