Pardee exec: Cielo `ideal' for move-ups
The homes at Cielo are ideal for buyers who are moving up within the Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for Pardee Homes.
"Several growing families in Eldorado have chosen to stay in the community and move into a roomier home at Cielo," Landry said. "The minimum lot size at Cielo is 70 by 110 feet, and most of the homes are actually built on much larger sites. Families ... have plenty of space to design their own private outdoor lifestyle, including swimming pools, play gyms and patios."
Three floor plans range from 2,407 to 3,006 square feet, and are priced from $158,950 to $189,950.
A single-story home, Plan One can be built with four bedrooms, or three bedrooms and a den. Plan Two, a two-story design, offers four bedrooms and three baths in 2,699 to 2,999 square feet. A three- or four-car garage is available. Plan Three offers five bedrooms and three baths in a two-story design. Buyers can choose an expanded four-car garage or a three-car garage plus boat garage.
Features, per plan, include kitchens with ceramic-tile counter tops, appliance packages, island workstations and a choice of cabinet finishes. Owner suites provide walk-in closets, dual-sink vanities, enclosed toilets, and separate tubs and showers.
All homes offer ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring.
Eldorado is home to the Lee Antonello Elementary School and the adjacent Eldorado Park.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, head west to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the entrance of Eldorado. Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
