Pardee offers bonus to buyers at Summit Point

     Pardee Homes of Nevada is offering a bonus valued at as much as $10,000 at its Summit Point neighborhood in Green Valley Ranch, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder.
      Qualified buyers can use the bonus to fund certain upgrades and options on the purchase of select homes that are ready for move-ins.
      In addition, Landry said, the builder's new Buyer Power Financing Program is available with below-market interest rates and reduced closing costs that can be tailored to fit buyers' financial needs.
      Single- and two-story homes range from 2,035 to 3,238 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and four baths. Two- and three-car garages are featured.
      Homes are priced from $175,950 to $222,950 and offer options such as home offices, dens, studios, lofts, game rooms and bonus rooms.
      Other options, per plan, include French doors, a video entry system, central vacuum system, prewiring for a home office, crown molding, a three-sided fireplace in the family room and a pool table light fixture.
      All homes include a ceramic-tile or parquet entry, a gas fireplace and walk-in closets. Kitchens and bedrooms are prewired for cable TV. Back yards are equipped with gas barbecue outlets.
      Owner suites provide oval tubs, separate showers, enclosed toilets and dual-sink vanities.
      Kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, oak- or white matte-finish cabinets, island workstations, pantries and appliance packages.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Green Valley Parkway, turn south, then head west on Wingbrook Avenue and follow the signs. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
