Upgrades thrown in at Ashton Place

     Pardee Homes is offering thousands of dollars worth of upgrades on select Plan Two homes at Ashton Place in Henderson.
      Plan Two homes feature a 40-foot long family room. Variations of the plan measure 2,135 to 2,311 square feet, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder. The plan offers as many as four bedrooms and an office.
      The kitchen provides a preparation island, a pantry, ceramic-tile counter tops, raised-panel oak cabinets and an appliance package.
      Standard features in the plan include ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring, a gas fireplace in the family room, an oak stair rail with wood pickets, six-panel interior doors and a pedestal sink in the powder room.
      "Families can have a spacious home ... at Ashton Place, and receive up to $3,000 in upgrades or options on homes available now in the upscale Green Valley community," Landry said.
      The neighborhood offers three, one- and two-story floor plans measuring 1,488 to 2,519 square feet priced from $134,950 to $170,900.
      Options include acrylic glass block in the owner bath, ceiling fans, mirrored wardrobe doors, upgraded flooring and kitchen cabinet upgrades.
      Owner suites provide wardrobes, dual-sink vanities with cultured-marble tops, Roman tubs and separate showers with clear glass enclosures, and an enclosed toilet.
      Homes also feature prewiring for cable TV in all bedrooms, laundry rooms and soft-water loops.
      To visit, take Green Valley Parkway to Windmill Parkway, head west and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
