South Valley Ranch offers single-story floor plans

     Kaufman and Broad's South Valley Ranch neighborhood offers four single-story floor plans and prices starting from under $100,000.
      The neighborhood is in the planned community of South Valley Ranch, near Sam Boyd Park and Sam Boyd Stadium.
      The four floor plans are:
      --The Mesquite, with three bedrooms, one bath and a two-car garage. The home has a living room and dining room, laundry area and optional fireplace. The 924-square-foot home is priced from the high $90,000s.
      --The Cactus Rose, a 1,109-square-foot, three-bedroom plan with two baths, a country kitchen and great room. The home can be built with an optional "super" country kitchen, which doubles the kitchen space and adds an island; or with an family room off the kitchen. The home has a great room and two-car garage. A media alcove and den are available options.
      --The Tumbleweed, a three-bedroom, two-bath plan with a kitchen with breakfast nook. The 1,272-square-foot home has a laundry room, living room with optional fireplace, dining room and linen closet.
      --The Sagebrush, a 1,350-square-foot home with four bedrooms, two baths, a country kitchen with a walk-in pantry and living room with media alcove. The home can be built with an optional "super" master bedroom or optional den, and has a laundry room, living room with optional fireplace and two-car garage.
      The homes feature the builder's 10-year Limited Warranty, pre-wiring for cable television and telephone, front-yard landscaping with automatic sprinkler system and rear yard fencing with access gate.
      To visit, take the Russell Road exit off Interstate 215 and travel east to Boulder Highway, then south on Boulder Highway. Turn east on Skyforrest Drive and south on Aspen Peak Loop. The sales office and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and from noon to 5 p.m. Fridays.
