Pulte releases final Paradiso lots

Pulte Homes has released the final home sites at its Paradiso neighborhood, located within The Vistas village in Summerlin.

Four floor plans are offered at the gated neighborhood, which will have 98 homes upon buildout. Architectural features include courtyards and turret entries.

The single-story, 3,000-square-foot plan features four bedrooms, three baths, formal living and dining rooms, a den or optional sitting room, kitchen nook, covered patio, and a two-car garage. It is priced from the $750,000s.

A front courtyard highlights the single-story, 3,064-square-foot plan. Additionally, the home has a circular entry, three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, a great room, den, covered patio, and a three-car garage. The design, which can accommodate as many as five bedrooms, is priced from the low $760,000s.

The two-story, 3,380-square-foot plan features a courtyard, four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a great room, formal living and dining rooms, covered patio, and a three-car garage. It is priced from the $790,000s.

Priced from the low $800,000s, the 3,448-square-foot plan is a two-story home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den or optional fourth bedroom, study and computer loft. A bonus room is optional. The home has a three-car garage, or a two-car garage and optional casita.

Interior amenities include raised-panel oak cabinets with crown molding and under-cabinet lighting; granite kitchen counter tops; cast-iron sink; structured wiring; 10-foot ceilings; fireplace; and covered patio.

Additionally, they feature a Gustav Mauler-endorsed kitchen upgrade with stainless steel appliances including a wall-mounted hood, cook top with a gas burner and grill, microwave oven, double convection oven, warming drawer, refrigerator, dishwasher and wine chiller.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue and head west. Proceed to Carriage Hill Drive, turn left, go to Vista Run Drive and turn right.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and until 6 p.m. daily starting Sunday. They open at noon on Mondays.
