Sales of condominiums at the Esprit at Stonegate development in the southeastern valley is following a national trend, according to sales agent Ken Kelsey.

He said low interest rates and the maintenance-free lifestyle of condominiums are attracting buyers.

Units are priced from $99,900.

A variety of finance packages are offered including zero-down and Veterans Affairs $1 down.

In addition, for a limited time, a washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblinds are included with each purchase.

Available designs are the two-bedroom, two-bath Spirit, which measures 960 square feet; the two-bedroom, two-bath Aurora, which measures 970 square feet; and the three-bedroom, two-bath Eclipse, which measures 1,200 square feet.

The three floor plans offer covered parking; round windows; and fans with lights. Second-story units have a fireplace in the great room and skylight in the master suite. Select floor plans have kitchen greenhouse windows.

Amenities at the gated development include two clubhouses, each with a fitness room; two swimming pools; and two playgrounds.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs.
