Four phases remain at Fontana
Four phases remain to be released at Fontana, a Pardee Homes neighborhood in the Eldorado Highlands community in North Las Vegas, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell. "Fontana homes have been best-sellers in one of the best communities at the top of the Las Vegas Valley," Tuvell said. "We only have a few more months to go before these homes are gone." The single-story Plan One includes three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and a two-car garage. There are options for a three-car garage, nursery or dual master suites. It can measure 1,594 or 1,827 square feet. Plan Two is a single-story home with 1,979 square feet that includes three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. A fourth bedroom, den or dining room are optional. At 2,349 square feet, Plan Three is a two-story home with three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, and a two- or three-car garage. Plan Four is a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bath home with a bonus room and three-car garage in 2,712 square feet. One option measures 2,459 square feet; another 2,931 square feet. Prices start from $223,450 to $300,950. All of the homes feature Energy Star technology, which includes upgraded windows that keep heat inside during the winter and out during the summer, as well as advanced heating and cooling systems and tightly sealed air ducts. Models, in addition to those from the Mandevilla neighborhood, are featured in the community's model park. Interest lists are forming for Tamarind, another neighborhood in Eldorado Highlands, as well as for the adjacent San Rafael neighborhood. Community amenities include a fire station, elementary school and two city parks. To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte, and proceed to the community's entrance. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
