Ivy Lane opens in Green Valley

Ivy Lane, a new condominium development, recently debuted near the intersection of Annie Oakley Drive and Sunset Road in the southeastern valley.

"The community is so unique that I don't expect the homes to last very long," said Tawnya Rosenthal, director of marketing and advertising. "Our communities at Bella Vita and Symphony have been in high demand and I expect the same opening excitement for Ivy Lane."

The condominiums feature two bedrooms and two baths in 1,050 square feet. Each unit comes with a patio or balcony, fireplace, maple kitchen cabinetry and granite counter tops.

The development's landscaped surroundings include a bridge-covered creek, mature palm trees and ivy-covered buildings.

Reservations are being accepted.

The sales office is at 5720 S. Arville St., Suite 121. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Russell Road and go west to Arville. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
