Five two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 3,265 to 5,240 square feet with four or five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths. Three-car garages are standard.

Prices start from the high $500,000s.

Features, per plan, include great rooms, dining rooms, kitchen nooks, interior laundry rooms, offices, tech centers, game lofts, balconies, covered patios, and verandas.

Each home is created with one of the builder's designer selected collections: Picasso, Vermeer or Renoir.

Highlights include tile entries, stone pavers at the driveways and entries, wiring for television in family rooms and bedrooms, and side and rear block walls with privacy gates.

Kitchen amenities include granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, and maple or cherry cabinetry.

The master suites include oval tubs; separate showers; dual sinks with cultured-marble counter tops; and dual walk-in closets, per plan.
